"In the bathroom was a bath towel that was supposed to be clean but it had obvious makeup all over it. 4 elevators and the one elevator would always read 15 down and never changed. When you got in and pressed your floor it would go right past the one you selected and you would be riding up and down in it for a while. 1 elevator didn’t work at all and the other 2 elevators would barely ever show up for you to use. The staff were excellent and polite. The restaurant inside was awesome. By far the best filet mignon I’ve ever had. "

"Very minor snafu after checking in but was immediately fixed thanks to our awesome front desk associated (I believe her name was Ava). The breakfast was decent...littled bummed the pancake maker was not working. The only issue we truly saw was the state of the cloth furniture in the dining area. All of the chairs had unsightly stains all over them caused by previous guests making a mess all over them. Not a good look. Overall, we would definitely stay there again."
