"Our stay started with the receptionist saying I needed to pay again even though the booking was prepaid. Eventually after contacting hotels.com this was resolved but he walked away from me and refused to deal with the issue until the morning. Additionally, the bathroom was infested with wasps and although there were others to use and it was eventually resolved, it wasn't ideal.
