"Very friendly staff throughout, very welcoming. Very pleasant experience all round. Free tea, coffee, water in-room and the included evening meal was great - local cuisine. There were a few quirks which didn't spoil my stay at all but worth a mention if the hotel can do anything to improve: the curtains in the room didn't quite meet in the middle, there was a very noticeable plastic bed-protector under the sheet, the dining area is not as well decorated as the other areas - mostly of the hotel...

"This was our 3rd time in this hotel, and we couldn’t ask for better! Good size bedroom with a fantastic balcony and even a kitchenette, spacious bathroom. Breakfast and dinner options were good considering the price range of this hotel. Location very convenient, 10mins from the airport and well connected to both north and south of the island. "Room cleanliness good, breakfast and evening buffet fine. No water provided in the room though and all-inclusive is poor unless you live by the bar and drink lots of alcohol. Pool area very average and water cold. Treadmill in the gym didn't work, mini-golf and jacuzzis have been removed. Never had a pool towel when I went to ask for one. Conveniently located for the airport and golf courses as long as you don't mind aeroplane noise overhead. "

"This aparthotel is pleasing on the eye overall with two small pools. The basic apartment we stayed in did show some wear & tear. Apart from the loud music every night, the hotel made up for it at breakfast with a buffet breakfast with a great selection to suit every pallet from hot & cold to fruit, yoghurt & much more.
