For animal lovers, you can simply stroll down the road to our neighbours, Warrnambool Wildlife Encounters. They offer the pat of a koala, or the cuddle of a baby joey or possum, to all visitors. During the summer months, you can even arrange a time to pick our raspberries, silvanberries, strawberries and mulberries.

Manna Gum Retreat by Tiny Away is located in the rural town of Cudgee, just a short 17-minute drive from the bustling coastal gem of Warrnambool, celebrated for its beaches, rich maritime history, and picturesque surroundings.

Dive into the heart of excitement as you explore iconic attractions like the Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village and, the geothermal bath experience of Deep Blue Hot Springs, and take in the magnificent scenery from the Logans Beach Whale Watching Platform

This snug 139-square-foot tiny home is nestled among the bush, offering tranquil views of green paddocks beyond. Whether you relax by the crackling fire or embark on an adventure to explore more of Victoria's captivating sceneries, this peaceful retreat offers a restful haven for relaxation and exploration.

All with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

If you plan to spend your tiny house Victoria getaways here. We kindly advise guests to bring their basic necessities, such as food during their stay. Thank you.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and the surrounding bush area. Please do not climb fences or venture into the orchard, gardens, or neighbouring properties.

As an added note, please advise that there is a small dam on the adjacent property. We highly recommend that parents closely supervise their children at all times.

Nestled in the serene countryside of Cudgee, Manna Gum Retreat by Tiny Away is a mere 8-minute drive from the Iconic Great Ocean Road and a 50-minute drive from the world-famous Twelve Apostles, Port Campbell. Located just 17 minutes away is the large regional centre of Warrnambool.

Local recommendations within 10km or less include Warrnambool Wildlife Encounters, the cascading thunder of Wangoom Falls (it roars during winter), and the Freckled Duck Artisan Bakery in nearby Allansford. If you are packing a picnic, we recommend Cheese World café, on the Great Ocean Road, for its broad offering of local specialty cheeses, and wines.

Warrnambool's foreshore and Lake Pertobe area boast beaches, cafés, free BBQs, boat rentals, mini golf, markets, and several adventure playgrounds.

- Caution to all parents: A small fenced dam is located on an adjacent property.
- You can find a container for clean recycling and a small receptacle for compost in the carport
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Campfires are for warmth or cooking only and are to be kept in the marked fireplace. Fires must be extinguished before going to bed or leaving.
- Domestic animals and wildlife are present on the property. Possums and koalas can sometimes make strange sounds at night, but there is no need for alarm.
