"When I arrived, they said they didn't have my reservation but "lucky" for me, they had rooms available. So I paid for a room, in cash. When I got to my room, it smelled like sewage and it wasn't cleaned up. When I went down to tell them, they told me they'll clean it but that they found my reservation and that I had to pay more because I was quoted more in the reservation. Super unpleasant experience. "
