"Friendly and efficient staff provided great service. I stayed in a large, spacious room with a comfortable bed, that had direct access to a large terrace, equipped with a table and chairs on one side of terrace and a sofa and large coffee table on the other. Although, it is time to replace the old worn sofa, the terrace provides a very comfortable place for reading or writing. The overall ambiance of this hotel is charming, peaceful, and serene. "Hood hotel conveniently placed in the major highway from Mexico City to Cuernavaca/Acapulco. Near two bug malls and many shops and restaurants, but given its location next to the highway it’s not walkable, you must drive to all these locations. The staff is very nice and the rooms clean, restaurant is good and opens untill late."

"The hotel facilities are impressive. Cuernavaca is truly the city behind the walls. You would never expect the lush greenery within. The room was beautiful but old and having issues. The door was difficult to lock. The bathroom must have been recently upgraded as it was very flash. Sunday brunch was fantastic."

"The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony and view of the creek. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I have stayed at Borda Hotel several times in the last couple of years, However the room I recently stay in is at the top of the building and close to the elevator which was quiet, but the bathroom vent was close to some fans on the roof that sometimes were a little noisy.
