"We have been to number of all inclusive hotels and this was the best one we have experienced. The food was excellent (all inclusive) and although the hotel was a little dated it was spotlessly clean. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. We weren’t there with smaller children, but there were fun activities laid in for them in one area of the pool. We were only there 5 days so didnt really do any exertions but there seemed a lot on offer - definitely enough to occupy you for 2 weeks....

"Stayed last year at the ritz Carlton and decided again this year. Staff are amongst the best very helpful and welcoming. The only disappointment was we weren’t able to play the golf course as it was undergoing a major greens over haul. However this didn’t stop us staying again instead we played elsewhere. "

"This is a fantastic resort with a perfect swimming pool and lounger chairs, professional and caring staff and a top elevated location that maximises the amazing Adeje ocean views. "The hotel has a very luxurious feel to it, set over multiple levels with lots of greenery and views out to the sea. The staff are all friendly and helpful and can't do enough to make your stay as good as possible. The hotel is well located with a short walk to restaurants and shops, although it is located on a hill so it is a little challenging to walk back to after a visit to the shops! " Nice hotel and nice big territory, very green. Hotel staff is great! Amazing breakfast. - There are smoking areas in the hotel, but it seems that the staff is okay with people smoking on their balcony which was very annoying to us as we were not able to sit on our balcony due to smoking nearby. The dedicated smoking area is very close to the sun loungers. - Some rules are not well explained, for example, if the water in the room is complimentary. "

"Resort is dated, but clean and the rooms are spacious, but dated, had everything we required. Balcony huge, with stunning views. Couldn’t get subbed! Was very busy, busier than usual apparently. Animation team kept the kids busy, pool bigger than it looks. Road works made it a nightmare to park- we hired a car, however we heard no noise or disturbances. Amenities close by including a Lidl. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would return."
