"We recently stayed at Estrellas de Gredos and were really disappointed. The place has stunning mountain views and a traditional curved ceiling, but a lot of things went wrong. The biggest issue was a broken sliding door that wouldn’t lock. When we told the staff, they showed up unannounced at 22:00 and just said it was safe to leave it unlocked, which didn't sit right with us. The inside felt cheap too. "La habitación está bien respecto al precio, pero descansamos muy mal por los ruidos. Las paredes son de papel, se oyen hasta las conversaciones de las habitaciones de al lado y de la calle. Del restaurante no podemos opinar, cuando hicimos el check-in sobre las 17:00 nadie nos advirtió que teniamos que reservar para cenar o de que estuvieran completos... "We had a warm welcome from the owner, and the apartment we stayed in was a good size, with a separate bedroom and living/kitchen area. The apartment is above a garage (separate to the rest of the hostel) and below the owners living area. The kitchen was mostly well equipped, with a microwave, oven, hob, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine, plenty of crockery and pans.
