Very calm.
Large and bright apartment, equipped with 3 bedrooms, two of which are double and one with two beds and a bunk bed, two bathrooms, one with a shower tray and one with a bathtub, a spacious kitchen and a large living room.
From the living room and from the bedroom with bunk bed, you can access the balcony with sea view through French doors.
Furnished in a simple and functional way, it is equipped with what is necessary for a pleasant holiday.
It can accommodate up to 8 people.
Very close to the beach of S'Archittu (5 'min. On foot); at 10 'min. on foot the Arch, which gives its name to the town, a wonderful arch carved in the rock by the action of the sea and the wind, declared a natural monument, a world heritage site; possibility to quickly reach many other beautiful beaches including those of the Sinis peninsula, and the beautiful Is Arutas and Mari Ermi.
Water, electricity, gas and Internet connection with ADSL Wi-Fi and access to NETFLIX included in the price. Linen is available on request for € 10 per person.

Possibility of naturalistic excursions and fishing trips in rubber dinghy, upon reservation.

Superbe emplacement
Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est pratique, propre et avec ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. La vue depuis le balcon est très belle et la petite courette agréable. Et surtout la localisation à 5 minutes de la plage est parfaite! Merci, nous recommandons.

Tolle Wohnung mit schöner Lage
Die Wohnung war geräumig und hell eingerichtet. Dir Ausstattung ist sehr gut und die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Sehr gerne kommen wir auch ein Drittes Mal wieder.

Schöne Wohnung, alles wie beschrieben.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und reibungslosen Aufenthalt. Claudia ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Den ersten Tag funktionierte das WLAN nicht, ab dem zweiten Tag funktionierte es einwandfrei mit einer Bandbreite von etwa 40mbit ohne Probleme. Sàrchittu ist etwas verschlafen aber ein schöner, toll gelegener Ort. Es gibt unzählige tolle Strände in 30 Minuten Umkreis. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen insofern war das kein Problem. Der Strand in S'archittu ist in Ordnung aber es gibt halt viele wesentlich schönere im Umkreis. Die Pizzeria und Eisdiele im Ort sind sehr gut. Im großen und ganzen ein gelungener Urlaub. Casa comoda, pulita e con vista e posizione fantastiche!
Siamo stati benissimo! La casa è a 3 minuti a piedi dalle piccole spiagge di S'Archittu e dalla passeggiata sul lungomare con ristoranti, bar, edicola e market. Abbiamo trovato la casa pulitissima e dotata di elettrodomestici e utensili/stoviglie adatte ad ogni situazione. Claudia è stata sempre disponibilissima con noi, pronta ad aiutarci e a consigliarci. In 8 (6 adulti, un bimbo di 5 anni e un bebè) siamo stati comodi. La cosa che ci è piaciuta di più è la vista magnifica dal balconcino che spazia da S'Archittu a Is Arenas. Grazie a Claudia e a presto!

Che bella sorpresa!!
Non potevamo sperare nulla di meglio. Siamo arrivati a fine Agosto e abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento due settimane. Tutto curato nei particolari, appartamento funzionale dotato di piccole ma grandi accortezze (tipo i tapware, utilissimi per i pranzi in spiaggia e il cestino di benvenuto). Squisite sia la proprietaria di casa sia la Sig.ra Claudia che ci ha accolti.

Meglio che in un quattro stelle
Al nostro arrivo nella casa della Sig.ra Joanna troviamo ad accoglierci un cestino di benvenuto composto da ogni prelibatezza enogastronomica locale. Questo da solo basterebbe a dire tutto sull'ambiente che ci ha ospitati qui a S'Archittu. L'appartamento provvisto di ogni comfort offre una meravigliosa vista sul golfo oltre ad essere piacevolmente circondato dal silenzio. Vi abbiamo soggiornato in otto, quattro adulti e quattro bambini potendo godere di un ampio spazio abitativo. Comodo il barbecue all'aperto e il lava piedi esterno. Consigliatissimo per poter visitare comodamente le tante meravigliose spiagge della zona.

Convenient family vacation next to beach
Our stay at Joanna's flat was great! We were a family of 7 travelling with two small kids. The flat had everything we needed including lots of space for sitting, kitchen with equipment for making dinner, nice balcony for evening sunsets, and proximity to a nice sandy beach. The minus was that it got really warm at nights, although we had a fan, but air condition would have been better. And also the grocery store is some kilometers away. We had a lovely stay in S'Archittu with great seafood restaurants, Sardinian beer, smiling locals, and authenticity :-) Much recommended!

Location conforme à la description avec tous ce qu’il faut pour passer des vacances en famille agréable , accueil très chaleureux de Claudia avec un panier de produits locaux très garni et très bon. Merci pour le service qui a vraiment du sens ici, un petit malentendu à la réservation , ou un petit dis fonctionnement de la maison et c’est réglé immédiatement. La plage de S’Archittu est très agréable avec la possibilité de faire des sauts depuis l’arche pour le plus grand plaisir des enfants, la plage au sud , très grande, avec de très belles vagues est aussi très belle. C’est un bon point de départ pour visiter la côte Est

Abbiamo soggiornato in nove la prima settimana di Agosto. La casa è molto comoda e tenua benissimo Ottima posizione a due passi dal mare e vicina alle meravigliose spiagge di Is Arutas ed Is Arenas. La signora Claudia ci ha accolto con gentilezza e cordialità dandoci ogni informazione possibile per rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Tutto perfetto insomma....manca la televisione ma per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema....anzi!! Lo consigliamo vivamente.....

Attirati dalle recensioni positive e dalla posizione fantastica abbiamo prenotato in questo appartamento. Eravamo in 6 adulti e 2 bambini. La casa molto spaziosa, con una bellissima vista. Super attrezzata, non manca davvero nulla e soprattutto la signora Claudia sempre disponibile. La consiglio vivamente.

Schöne Wohnung im schönen S'Archittu
Die Ferienwohnung ist schön hell und geräumig. Wir haben zu siebt dort gewohnt. Besonders nett und hilfsbereit war der Kontakt zu Claudia, die sich vor Ort um alles kümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful holiday at S'Archittu, shortly to everything we needed!
The apartment was bright and clean, and fit great for 8 people on vacation. It was a short way to the world's best ice cream, a beautiful beach and pizzeria! It was great with two bathrooms, and the washing machine was often in use. In the afternoon it was lovely to relax with a coffee on the veranda, with lovely views to the Mediterranean Sea. We appreciated being greeted by the gentle and friendly hostess, and the great gift that stood on the table upon arrival. There was cheese, bread and wine produced in Sardinia, and everything tasted very good! Thank you! We will be happy to return to S'Archittu again!

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia dal 23 agosto al 01 settembre 2017, abbiamo trovato una casa in ottime condizioni, pulitissima, molto comoda con una cucina fornitissima. La posizione è perfetta con una vista bellissima. Ciliegina sulla torta: la Sig.ra Claudia gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Spero di tornarci e la consiglio vivamente.

Ruhige Tage in S´Achittu
Wir wurden freundlich und unkompliziert empfangen und eingeführt durch eine Bekannte der Vermieterin. Sardisches Brot und Wein standen bereit! Unsere Wohnung war sauber, die Küche mit einem ungewöhnlich guten Herd ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber hübsch und praktisch möbiliert, Bad und Dusche sind funktionell und vermitteln den Charme der 70er Jahre. Für die mobilen Gasöfen wurde ein obligatorischer Zuschlag berechnet, den Hinweis darauf hatten wir zunächst übersehen. Wir waren dann jedoch froh über diese Heizmöglichkeit, denn im April wurde es abends noch sehr kalt im Haus und wir nutzen sie täglich. Zwischen anderen Häusern am Hang (Wohnviertel) gelegen war es wunderbar ruhig. Wir hatten nette einheimische Nachbarn und der kleine Dorfladen, in einigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, "rettete" uns u.a. mit Zwieback und Brot aus krankheitsbedingter, misslicher Lage. Ansonsten genossen wir die Muße und alle Vorzüge der "Nicht-Saison" bei unseren Ausflügen und Unternehmungen: Kultur, Museum, weite Spaziergänge, Vögel beobachten... S´Achittu ist gut und einfach per PKW ab Flughafen Cagliari erreichbar.
