"The comfort apartment was clean, fully stocked, and came with a great view looking over the beach. Supermarkets are a short distance away by vehicle, and the local mart is perfect since it's open until 21:00. Out of season the beach is empty. Feels like your own private beach"

"When you rent with Chantal and Christian, you are not customer but you become part of their family. They make sure that we will have a best time in St Maarten. They helped us with the rental car, they booked a restaurant for us, they suggested us the best places to visit and go shopping. They were both available for us at anytime. "We came to visit for SXM Festival and were very pleased with our stay! There is a market and a bakery across the street for all your basic needs. The view from the beach is beautiful and you can watch the sunrise over the mountains. We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio lounge chairs and sunbathing. The pool is only steps away and is clean and refreshing. Regina was especially kind and understanding as we arrived early and needed some extra time to check out. 5 stars!"

"We had an amazing stay at this rental. Very clean and welcoming. The owners live next door and were very helpful and prompt with any questions we had. The outdoor terrace was great to host a happy hour for the other couples we traveled with. We loved how close to the shops, restaurants, and beach this was. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The apartment overall was well represented on the app, but I was still pleasantly surprised. It was spacious, nice and had a great view. Neighborhood and access were not 5-star, but it was fine for me and I was still happy. Right downtown and close to everything I needed. Also, Julia was great. Very good intro and communications. I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN!"
