The perfect choice 365 days a year. In warm weather, you can choose between several beaches (5-10 minutes drive), the communal outdoor pool or one of the terraces with different atmospheres and views. In cold weather, the pool is covered and you can enjoy yourself in it, in the sauna, also communal, or next to the warmth of the fireplace in the living room.
SPACE
The house is distributed in three floors. In the day area, located on the floor with direct access from the street, you can enjoy a spacious living room with fireplace, kitchen, toilet and a large balcony with electric awnings. In the night area, located on the lower floor, you will find three bedrooms with double bed and fitted closets, one of them with en suite bathroom, and another bathroom for the other two bedrooms.
But the best of this floor is the large terrace with garden furniture, sofa, armchairs, table and chairs, where you can relax and enjoy the stunning panoramic views of the bay.
Also, on the basement floor, you will have a garage with space for two cars. Please note that there is no elevator, so be prepared to get some exercise climbing the stairs.
If you are more than 6 people, you will have the right to access the extra space, consisting of a "cave" bedroom and a small toilet with shower. This "cave" bedroom, without window to the outside and without air conditioning, is ideal for those who are looking for a different experience.
The property has high quality wifi throughout the house.
SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS
The house, which will be at your disposal in its entirety, is part of a residential complex with common areas: children's pool, adult pool (covered with glass roof in winter and semi-open in summer), sauna, ping pong table, some sun loungers, tables and chairs. The pool is approximately 12 m long x 6 m wide. Although the pool is covered in winter, it is NOT heated. In general there are few people using these facilities, which are about 200 meters away from the house.

We wish to have quiet, responsible and mature guests. For this reason we do not accept groups that are not over 26 years of age or that do not take these aspects into account.
DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The house is located in a very quiet residential area on the top of a hill.
It is recommended to have a vehicle to access the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, stores and entertainment venues, as it is located in an area without public transport.
Cullera offers visitors a mild microclimate in summer and mild in winter, making it possible to enjoy its wonderful promenade all year round.
It has eleven beaches of different types, from rocky coves to wide beaches of fine golden sand and crystal clear waters.
Multiple leisure alternatives await you, combining recreational activities by the sea such as the practice of water sports, as well as the enjoyment of its typical local gastronomy and nightlife.
There are parking areas on the beaches. There are several supermarkets within a 5-15 min drive.
It takes about 45-50 minutes by car to go from the airport to the city of Valencia. You can also go by train.
