Family Friendly Lake House

Newly Renovated!!! This home is located on Simpson Creek at Smith Lake. It’s it only 7 minutes from I65 exit 304 and is on a very quiet dead end road. Completely shaded by trees, very large covered patio facing the water. Water front is gradual and has no deep drop off. The home features 4 bedrooms with Queen beds. 2 of the bedrooms feature attached smaller rooms with 3 twin beds. Perfect for families with small children. For a total of SIX BEDROOMS. There is also a detached building that houses a game room with a sofa. Great place for kids to hang out. The entire property and home is decorated and furnished with families in mind.
***Please inquire about additional weekly and monthly/multi-month discounts during Fall and Winter off season dates.
This would be a great home for extended business trips or interim housing. We also have 3 cabins close by. PM for details. Thank you 😊

Family/Girls’ Trip
Location was great with regard to highway access! The porch was lovely, although the furniture cushions could use an update. The one downside was that the kitchen was terribly understocked for the size of the home—there were only 4-6 of any plates, bowls, mugs, etc. I would rent again. Tara was easy to reach when needed. The neighbor across the road was delightful and kind.

Smith Lake getaway
Loved the private location on the water and close to everything. Sit on the enormous porch and watch the sunsets on the water and the house is laid out nice for families or groups. Clean and comfortable.

Lake vacation
We love staying at the lake house. It is perfect for my family and our second time to rent this property. The property's is conveniently located close to the interstate and nearby stores. We really enjoyed the porch and swimming from a nice swim deck. They have a great game room which was perfect for three preteens and 1 teenager. The owner quickly responds to questions and provides good info. Highly recommend!!!

We went for our family Vacation and we had some of Our relatives that lives in cullman Ala come spend Time with us. It was a very nice, relaxing, beautiful place. We really enjoyed setting out on the porch. It was so nice. It was a little bit cooler than we wanted and it rained some, but we still had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed the game room a lot. Great spot!
We were in the area for a few days and wanted to stay somewhere serene and peaceful. This was the place. Two couples, staying in the cabins which were terrific. In fact the photos are good but don't do them justice - really sweet and roomy cabins with everything you need, easily accessible, in a wonderful lakefront spot. Highly recommended. Tara was amazing and you'll be happy you stayed there.

Cullman Lake House
It was nice, but small living area and not as nice as the pictures showed. Nicely decorated and the king size bed in main bedroom was comfortable. Just needs updates to the outdoor furniture, the grill, and game room as they have all seen better days. Spent a lot of time on the dock. The pier and dock were nice to fish from. Tara was very responsive throughout the process.

Lake House Near Cullman
This hime was perfect for our small family Christmas gathering. Perfect setup for 3 couples and a couple kids. Tara had decorated fir Christmas, so we had a tree to put gifts under. Tara responded to inquiries quickly. We'd definitely stay here again (hopefully at a time if year we can rent a boat).
