"We love the location and how walkable everything is. Check in was really nice with drink vouchers and room upgrades offered for VIP status. The room has one free bottle of water in an aluminum can with lid so we could reuse for water. The room also had a robe which was a nice touch. Some room slippers would have been nice but not a deal breaker. I wasn’t impressed with the service of the bartenders or baristas in the hotel lobby. They looked like we should be grateful for their presence but honestly that’s just LA and nothing to do with the hotel. Would definitely stay again."

"While located in an area of many hotels, we were pleased to be able to walk to a pizza place, a coffee shop and a sandwich shop all of which shared outside seating. The hotel itself offered a bar and cafe and served a very reasonably priced breakfast. All without a taxi or an über. Our room was large and very quiet. Such a plus after 20 hours of travel. Staff was exceptional. Much more suited to our taste than the pricier and nowhere as nice sister hotel Hyatt Regency down the street where we have also stayed. "

"Remarkably quiet, very close to LAX. Slept well. Only glitch was some confusion with the airport shuttle. It wasn't running as frequently as advertised (we waited 45 minutes). But it was right on the spot next day return to the airport. Reception was friendly and efficient as was service at the on site restaurant. "
