its located new the railroad tracks so if you like trains, good place to stay, beds were very comfortable, 1 elevator was out of order. walking distance to shops , crabby pig (good place to eat)

Fantastic 4 day stay! Stayed in the king suite with livingroom, dining room, 2 bathrooms, and comfortable king bed! Everyone was very friendly at the kiosk check in/out, front desk, and management! Tons of sites to see, a wide variety of places to eat, quick access to shopping from boutiques to groceries, and all within walking distance of a few minutes. Water pressure and temp was always consistent and good. This hotel is in a great location and has a fantastic crew.

My stay was fine for an overnight, I would definitely go back. The building is older, but work has been done to keep it in decent shape. The night time staff was great! They got me checked in, told me about the area, and made certain I had everything I needed; along with extra parking suggestions. This hotel is right down from a very walkable part of downtown and bike trails. The breakfast is okay. For the price, it’s hard to criticize any part of this experience.

Great Check-in and the room was great. They also allowed us to leave our cars there while riding the GAP bike trail for 4 days.. I will definitely stay again if traveling in Cumberland.

It was a very nice location. Close to many restaurants. Parking was troublesome. The Handicap parking is not regulated. So I would have to drop my 85YO mom at the entryway. Then drive to the other side of the building to park. But we managed. Can’t imagine staying there in the winter.

Went to Cumberland MD for a music festival (Rock on the Mountains) the town was definitely 30 years behind the times but it was very clean and friendly. The hotel was very convenient and locking forward to 2026

Room was good size and clean. Staff was friendly but glad I didn’t have to sign into the hotel using that robot looking device. Furniture is a bite old and looks it in areas, small table rocked. Breakfast was good. The only negative thing was I couldn’t keep my bikes in the room without a $250 charge. An area is provided to store your bikes so you don’t need to leave outside.
