Especially liked the large, well cared for pool and the various outside seating areas that allowed for lots of outdoor meals. The house is really nicely set up to allow for entertaining and relaxing; the pool is the perfect temp, the house is cool during hot days and the living room and kitchen are spacious and well laid out. "The region of the Pays du Gers is stunning, the house in a very quiet and relaxing and spacious area, 'en pleine campagne'. However, especially the cleanliness of the house is disappointing on the basis of the presentation/photographs when arriving on the site."

"The area was a little remote, but the house was exactly as described and plenty big enough for 3 family groups with a wide range in children’s ages. The outside areas worked brilliantly well, plenty of shade or sun as required. The area was really peaceful and we had deer wandering around the area. "This property and its grounds really are as attractive as shown in the photographs . The owner Bruno has done a first class job at restoring the rural charm of his traditional stone house. Although he lives next door, we had total privacy, except for the times he brought round much welcome vegetables and herbs from his garden. Nothing was too much trouble. Great hosts and meal but the rest is average

"The dinner was the best bit and the hosts were kind and welcoming! Everything else was a bit less than average. We were looking for a short stay with a spa and had used the filter in hotels.com to select the B&B. On arrival we were very surprised that the spa is not included in the room we had booked and were forced to upgrade. This was extra strange because the hot tub is not attached to the "suite" as you might expect. Instead its directly next to the main entrance which is also the kitchen. Not very relaxing to sit there when all the other guests are parking the cars and saying hello as they walk past. We were also a bit unlucky with the Stink bugs during the period we were there. They were everywhere, even in the bed and around the room. The room needs some fly screens to keep them outside. The room smelt a mix of damp and too much air freshner, the barhroom was in the corridor and has a tiny shower. All in all a bit disappointing but im still giving an ok score because the original price was reasonable. Just keep in mind that adding dinner and an hour of hot tub will tripple the initial bill of a standard room."

"I was extremely pleased with hotel de college! Beautiful hotel, well appointed room, very happy with the thermal baths right next door. My room also had a mini kitchen which was fantastic as a great to go kitchen basically across the street(and I was by myself doing the gr 65). I hate hotels who don't let you open the windows so this was also a plus. Best night of my trip so far!"
