"Lovely roomy inn in South Bristol, Maine on Christmas cove. The hosts Alex a nd Freddy were very friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious with a private full bath. There is a tower you can go up to via several staircases to an amazing view overlooking the water and pine trees. The made to order breakfasts were delicious. Lots of beverages available at anytime. We had some nice conversations. They are still remodeling and redecorating some areas from their new owership a year ago. "

"Everything was fine. Best of all: We called from Boston when we missed our train...and had to take the Very Late one at 10:30 pm, arriving at 1:45 am...and that train was delayed. We didn't get in until nearly 2:30. The clerk arranged for us to have a room...and access to a key when we finally arrived. It saved us from disaster!"

"The history and my Many past stays have always been excellent. This time the dining options were limited to one restaurant. The breakfast option became a continental breakfast. There was a storm that left snow and a lot of ice. My car was parked for 2 days and was plowed in. While I attempted shoveling ice the man with the sidewalk cleaning machine, the man shoveling the entry And the plow man all witnessed my attempts. Not one even asked if I needed help. I reported this at the front...
