"Desk staff were very professional and helpful. Nice to have access to free water and ice. Free beach towels and basic toiletries. Huge deck overlooking the ocean and town square. Security at the main floor. Staff hooked us up with taxi service and rental car. Very happy with our stay"

"I had low expectations coming into this hotel due to the negative reviews, but I’m happy to say many of the concerns people had seem to have been addressed. Rats: There were previous complaints about rats, but we didn’t see any during our stay. There’s a cat house on the property, and the cats are let out at night to keep any rodent issues in check. Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean, and housekeeping came in daily to maintain the rooms. Staff: The staff was generally friendly and polite. I can understand that the language barrier might cause some confusion for others, but it wasn’t a problem for us. Food: The food was on the bland side, but if you like your meals with a little more flavour, I’d recommend bringing your own pepper sauce. Overall, I would encourage people to give this place a try. It exceeded my expectations, and I think others will have a pleasant stay as well."

"Great stay in Curaçao! A really nice location, close to town for an easy walk and plenty of parking for the car (that is necessary to explore the island!) We definitely would stay here again, the food and drinks are excellent and the rooms very comfortable. If we had to pick some improvement points, we would get rid of the requirement to sign for everything, despite taking the all-inclusive package. If the hotel needs to track what we consume, we are happy to provide our room number but making us sign for everything was frustrating at times."
