"Receptionist was lovely and basically showed us to room and assisted with on site parking. Studio room was well equipped with separate lounge and bedroom. We were underneath a room above and some walking around upstairs sound travelled down to us. Plus staircase was quite noisy/echoey and light was on in staircase all night making our room bright and meant disturbed sleep. Discovered in morning we could have turned light off manually but too late. Perhaps this could have been mentioned at check in?(in the interest of future guests) "
