"We had a lovely stay at Villa Aya. It’s better to take a car to visit beautiful beaches, since the gems are located distantly. We recommend to take dinners: creole cuisine was delicious, each evening we enjoyed a different amazing dish and a starter. Special thanks for Meruska and the team for hospitality and amazing food."

"We stayed for 9 nights at Villa Belle Plage and really enjoyed our stay. All the information we received from Bert in advance was useful and relevant and helped us to plan our stay. Bert booked our hire car and it was ready and waiting as we stepped out of the airport doors. He also printed out our ferry tickets for a trip to La Digue (a definite must) and took a message from a restaurant we were trying to get in touch with. Such a lovely gentleman! "The hotel is very pretty and charming. There are pools, beach chairs and pretty gardens. I felt like I was in the woods during my stay at the hotel. It is clean and neatly arranged. However, the house next to it was under construction, so I was a little scared at night because there were no people, and it is hard to visit. It takes about 20 to 25 minutes by bicycle from the harbor."

"Amazing property in all respects and excellent interactions with the owner, property managers, cleaners etc. Would highly recommend. Only slight caution would be for a family with small children--would need to be supervised as the pool is in a beautiful but elevated position and the beach/coral next to the house can be a little challenging to swim in when the sea is rough (we were there in the windy season), but our teenage children loved it!"
