Property was dirty. Beds had no top sheets. Looked like sheets weren’t changed. Bed uncomfortable. Food mess in fridge. Tv didn’t work. Windows not clean. There was washing on the clothes line. Would definitely not recommend

Convenient location but disappointing house
Communication and response time was always very good. The house however was presented very poorly. Only the bare essentials in the kitchen. No big bowls for salads, platters, etc. Overall the house cleaning was below acceptable standards. Shower in ensuite flooded so we cleaned out the floor drain which was full of hair (disgusting and not great on our first night). If this shower was properly cleaned they would have noticed the water not going down the drain! Sheets and pillows didn't seem fresh at all so we laundered everything (after purchasing laundry liquid - nothing supplied). No clothes dryer which was listed as available. Backyard was just dirt and weeds, verandah dirty, cobwebs all over the laundry access door, clothes drying rack mostly broken, no remote for the garage. Carpet under the main bed was dirty and that's where we found the TV remote for that room. Redeeming factor: location was handy to Woolworths. House has potential but a lot of attention is needed.
