It’s a new place which looks like has been converted from an apartment. The staff are very friendly. If you like quite place, this is good. This is at a distance from the main square, it could cost you around s./13 in a uber. Just fyi. Most of the tour company comes to pick you.

The view from the rooftop is soul soothing, especially at sunset. Truly beautiful. The room is spacious, airy, clean and full of natural light. Lovely breakfast spread and communicative staff.

Excellent oversized apartment type accommodations. Breakfast included was excellent as well as various juices and teas. Location is about a mile from the Plaza de armas only a 20 min walk. Would stay again!

Loved the decor, style of the bathrooms, spacious apartment and view from the terrace. Multiple socket points were available next to the beds and next to the sofas in the living room. Staff were also cheerful and helpful, assisting with our luggage when we arrived and left. There were multiple wifi connections available but only a couple of them worked well depending on your location in the apartment, and some have weak security. There is no heater in the rooms so it can be cold in the winter. However, the shower had piping hot water so that was great. Would have been nice if the deluxe apartment included a washing machine. Nevertheless, laundry service is available and you can get your freshly laundered clothes the very next day. You have to disturb the receptionist every time you leave and come back to the hotel because you have to hand over the room key when you head out and get it back from them when you return. Strangely, even with the change of staff, each of them recognised us and handed us our room key without us having to mention our room number. There was a slight issue with flushing in one of the toilets; however the staff were quick to rectify it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone needing a quiet and spacious place to stay in Cuzco.

Este hotel es una maravilla. La habitación que tuvimos tiene todas las comodidades. Una terraza espectacular con vista hacia las montañas y valle. El trato del personal fue como quedarte en casa de un familiar. Fue una atención personalizada y especial. El desayuno exquisito y muy sustentable para emprender tus giras. Quien cocina el desayuno nos trató como si fueramos su familia. Nosdio sentimientos despedirnos. Recomiendo 100 por ciento este hotel. Cualquier necesidad ellos la suplen. por unos cuantos soles te llevan a Lavar la ropa, servicio de taxi, etc.

This apart-hotel is located right outside the Plaza de Armas (about 5 to 10min away in taxi, but can easily be walked to). All areas are clean, and rooms are spotless. Breakfast was very complete and included in our rate (served 7am to 9am). The area is secure but they keep the hotel even more secure by locking the main door afte certain hour and having an attendant helping you in and out. What I loved most was the warmth, friendliness and kindness from the staff! They make you feel like at home, or like you're visiting family. Everybody we came across provided the most sincere and pleasant service with a big smile! They even packed our breakfast in a little goody bag the days we were scheduled to leave early for a tour (since they usually start picking up tourists at 4am). I would definitely return and fully recommend it!
