"The hotel service line wouldn't allow me to reserve a cot for our room and told me to book it through Expedia. Expedia online service called the hotel and reserved it for us and told me no charge. The hotel staff wanted to charge us extra, but they did honor the agreement. This could have all been resolved a lot easier if the hotel service line had just helped us from the beginning."

"Was a great stay. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast selection was okay. We make a weekend trip here every here for the water park. This year, there were no hockey teams staying here which was great. The indoor air temp in the water park was cold one of the days and the water temp in the kids area was quite cold also. "A very nice property that has lots of amenities. I do wish our room had more storage. Only two hangers in the closet. Could have used hooks and bench by the door for hats and jackets. Our room was not properly cleaned and was late for check in due to “cleaning”. I had asked for a late check out and I got an abrupt no you’ll be out by 11.
