"We stayed at Akron as a family of 4, with a 3 year old and a 2 year old. It was a really great resort to stay for what we wanted, which was to have all amenities on site or nearby. We went half board, we’d planned to just do bed and breakfast but it was only £1 a night more for half board when I booked. But we’re so glad we did, the food was varied each night, it was tasty, and it made it way easier with the 2 kids. You also get local beer or wine included at dinner even if you’re not all inclusive which was nice. The breakfast also had lots of variety. Staff also really lovely. We stayed in a superior maisonette - 2 storey with a balcony on the lower floor. No swim up pool. We actually had our 2 kids sleep upstairs in the master room (2yo in a cot and 3yo in the bed) and we slept on the twin beds in the living area. There’s a steep set of stairs between the floors that you don’t really want young kids going up or down on their own and you can’t block them off from the living area. So. With the kids upstairs we could keep them safe in the bedroom with the door closed and not have to sneak past them during nap time or after their bed time to use the bathroom or go on the balcony. The pool area is great and doesn’t ever feel crowded, the kids pool is about 2 ft deep all over so not “paddle depth” at any point. So kids who can’t swim always need arm bands etc. Canal d’amour beach literally 1 min walk from pool. 10+ restaurants a 5 min walk from reception."

"This place was excellent value for money. Others have said the rooms are dated and the food is nothing to write home about, but it's decent. But it's close enough to the beach that it's walking distance and yet far enough away from downtown that you don't have all the noise. The staff are excellent, the views are incredible, and it's just excellent value for money."

"Our stay was excellent the hotel is perfectly situated steps from Sidariou-Avlioton beach and town the beds are amongst the most comfortable I have slept in , I travel around 10 times per year so that says it all the breakfast airline very good quality one thing that let it down the cooked bacon sausages eggs was cold which was a real shame "

"The hotel is modern design and has nice comfortable rooms and good pool with more than enough sunbeds and umbrellas. On check-in receptionist was very friendly and since early arrival she asked us to wait in the bar. We could enter the room 2 hours earlier than actual check-in which was very good since it was a hot day. After entering the room we noticed that the bathroom have not been thourougly cleaned as there were long black hair on the floor and we noticed the bed linen had some stains on them. We asked them to be changed and they changed them without a problem. Overall experience with the hotel was ok, breakfast was basic, but still ok, except the coffee was barely tasting like coffee and hot water meant for tea was lukewarm."
