"Spent 3 nights in the executive suite. Great value for money for my family of six. It rained nonstop for 2 days (expected in mid-Dec) but the indoor waterpark (heated water) and the Onsen was enough to keep the kids active and happy. We went into town all three nights for dinner. It’s not far but the 40km/hr speed limit and traffic made the rides at least 30 minutes or more each way. In town, the food quality, selection, and cost was unbelievably good. "Our stay at the Palm Garden Resort & Spa was wonderful. All the staff and Mr Thi were very helpful and welcoming. The spa services had jacuzzi were definitely 5 stars. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and included toiletries. Also appreciated the hotel shuttle to Old Town in the day. I’m the evenings the grab taxi booked on our phones was relatively inexpensive. Would definitely recommend the Palm Garden Resort to anyone visiting Hoi An as it’s a perfect base. Thank you! "

"We’ve been in Vietnam for 2 weeks and still agree that the breakfast included at this property was the best yet! They had so many options and everything was delicious. The staff was delightful, the room was very warm and cozy (we visited in winter) and our only upset was that none of the pools were heated so we couldn’t enjoy them. I can’t recommend this property enough for Hoi An. "
