The room is great. It's very hard find one with a bathtub in this city. The elevators are real slow though. Try to get a room on a lower floor.

Excellent hotel, best location with nearby walking distance sea food restaurants. Excellent hotel, best friendly services started with Ms. Nguyệt and front desk staff to Ms. Hạnh the bartender at Altitude Bar. Even though the breakfast staff provided tentative services, the menu variety selections could use some improvements. Overall, an excellent hotel with a Living room, Kitchen/Dining and full washer/dryer in room for two bedroom setup is a must for a complete vacation.

The facility has big room and washer/dryer. I had nice stay up until the power outage from 3am until not sure what time. When asked all staffs no one knew what time or when the power will come back. So, we decided to move to the different hotel. We'd checked out around 8am and power wasn't back up then!!! The staff handled the situation well. He did his best! Overall, other than the power outage issue I had a nice stay .

Supposedly 5 stars suites but only deserve 2 stars

I stayed over 8 nights with 2 adults and teens. Location is okay only, as most shops are on the south side of the beach, not many near to this hotel. My room facing the un completed site of Holidays in, and could looked errie at night Issues of this hotel 1. Lifts are shared with service staff, long waiting time even in off peak season 2. Mattress in needs of replacement, as for our king beds and doubles beds, all are sinking to 1 side 3. Lobby is shared with another So called Luxury Apartment and was tiny 4. My master bedroom walls are shared with the so called apartments and they are owned by different management, and the Altara staff have little control over the noise created by those guests over 2 nights 5. The slippers provided are not comfortable and seemed to catered to one K country people only, not for other nationality 6. My 3 TV setting are set to Korean, and we have to get service to tune to English, isn't this a international language Positive 1. Service staff overall are very courteous especially the breakfast floor, hardworking and ready to serve 2. Cleaning staff also diligent. If you are of the K race, you will feel at home in this hotel. We will not be back.

Great stay at Altara Suites Da Nang

Great location near the beach. Friendly staff overall….attentive when needed help with little things. We had a great stay at this apartment as a family. Getting taxis and food etc was super easy as the building is well knows and very near the beach. Would recommend to anyone….thanks team Altara

A wonderful family holiday

My family had a very pleasant stay at Altara Suites. It took us less than 5 min to city centre by Grab car. The building and rooms are well maintained. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast provided choices for both adults and kids. We definitely will stay here again.

everything about the hotel is almost perfect especially the staff, there was one incident I called the front desk and they send Hung Tran, he’s the best at his job. Avoid traffic hours with the elevator-

We booked and paid for 4 ppl and they insists on only giving us 3 room keys. My sister had to argued for the fourth key twice… Pool was rooftop which was cool, fried rice was delicious, cocktails was poorly made. Surrounding the hotel was nothing. You’ll have to walk at least 15 mins for the first store. Then ten mins to get to the beach because there was a fence so we couldn’t get to the beach until the entrance of the fence. Most rooms bathroom are good for couples because it is see through with no privacy… it’s beautiful for couples just not family…

静かでゆっくり休めました

雨季だったので全体的に湿気ていて部屋の匂いも気になりました。しかし予想以上に広くてベッドも快適、地上から離れており防音設備も良かったため良く眠れました。 今回家族が誕生日を迎えた為ウエルカムデコレーションをして頂き、とても嬉しかったです！ キッチンは少し古くてお皿、フライパンやコップなど揃っていますがあまり清潔ではないので紙皿などを買うのがオススメです。洗濯機と乾燥機は素晴らしく使い勝手も良かったです。お風呂はお湯が一人分のお風呂分しか出ないので(途中で水になる)計算が必要です。 朝食は日によって当たり外れがあるようでクセ強めメニューも多く日本人には合わないかも、、、と思いました。 覚悟していたエレベーターですが、遅いと定評ですが私はあまり気になりませんでした。 総合して良い滞在となり感謝です！

周りに色々あるかと思いましたが意外と無い。 プールはコンパクトながら良かった。 洗濯&乾燥機があるのは大きな魅力。 寝室、バスルーム、リビングがしっかりドアで区切られているのはそれぞれの過ごし方ができて良かったです。

가족끼리 묵기에는 최고에요

세탁기 있고 건조기 있고 방도 많아서 여러명이 방문하기에 너무 적합합니다. 다만 실외기 있는방.. 에어컨 틀면 무슨 기계실에서 자는 것처럼 소음 대박이에요 ㅋㅋㅋ 저는 부모님 조용한 가운데방 드리고 제가 걍 에어컨 끄고 실외기방에서 잤네요 ㅠㅜ 나머지는 만족합니다. 조식이랑 뷰는 기대하지마세요 ㅠㅠ 그리고 근처에 밥먹을데 없어요. 걷기에는 애매하고 무조건 택시타야 됩니다.
