So glad I chose this place! The room was very clean, cozy and neat with a good pool view. The bathroom was nicely done with a big bathtub to relax. The hotel staffs were extremely helpful, friendly and gave us suggestions on tours which were great too! Sharon was very helpful, even upon checkout, she was of big help! Will 10/10 recommend this place as a great place to stay, breakfast was good too!

5 Star 🌟 Hotel. Luxurious and Elegant. The absolute most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and courteous. Mrs Mile was especially kind and helpful. Very comfortable and very clean and new. Excellent 5 Star Luxury Hotel.

The breakfast buffet was ok a bit limited in terms of options (eg only white bread) but fine if you just want something to get the day started. We ordered food at the pool and in room dining which was all super delicious. My kids loved the pool. The rooms were big, beds were comfortable my only issue was there are no doors to the general bathroom area so my sister was staying with my husband and i and it made getting dressed and showered very awkward for her as there was no door. This hotel also states it has a private beach which is why we booked it but it does not - it is like 3kms away from the beach.

Service is key

4th trip to Hoi An, the welcome here was warm, lavender smell floats around in the air. The hotel lives up to their 5 star hotel rating. The onsite manager said one key thing, if there is a problem with your stay let us know, it's too late after you leave, in essense the hotel staff cares about its guests, they accommodated our request and made sure we were well looked after. Hotel is modern and clean, breakfast was enjoyable. 35k grab to old town. Recommeded to stay pool side as the city side can be noisier. The hotel suggested a tour we took to My Son. We took the shuttle to the old Town once. Will stay here again.

Nos gustó mucho este hotel, a mi familia y a mi. Cuartos cómodos con todo lo necesario, el desayuno muy rico y variado, te preparan el huevo al gusto y varias opciones occidentales. Muy bien ubicado, tiene bicis que te prestan y puedes ir a ver los campos de arroz a unos cuantos minutos, lo difícil es cruzar un pedacito de pueblo lleno de motos y gente pero con precaución llegas bien. La atención excelente. Muy recomendado!
