Great location and excellent service
We loved our stay. The place was very clean, staff was wonderful. Location was also great. Bathroom would often have a odor. I'm assuming from the pipes. I just got to Vietnam so I don't know if that's a typical thing here with the plumbing.

good value but be patient with the staff
Good value. But The front desk staff keep asking us to book the tourist package/service which was funny. We requested to book a car to the airport. We are 2 pax but they asked us to book a 7pax car - what’s the point ? Our flight departed at 11am and we had to leave by 8:30am but they still asked us to join their tourist service for 2 hours at that early morning before we depart. Just found it funny. But the hotel is good. They set us to the 4th floor walk up. U may book lower floor in advance so don’t walk up that much.

Overall, I think this is a good place to stay at. Great location, friendly staff. Room was large, clean and comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning was also great. However, during our stay, there was 1 time where all the lights turned off because the breaker was triggered. They had to send someone in to reset the switch, which was in the ceiling of our bathroom. Also, our keycard stopped working after the second day, and they had to give us another card. Overall, it was still a positive experience and I would recommend this hotel.

Really nice hotel with a comfortable bed and good size room. Simple but great breakfast. Best aspects of this hotel include it's comfort, hospitality and location. Its a good value place .

The room was fantastic and the hotel in a pleasant location (not too close to the inner hustle of Hoi An). The staff were super attentive to our needs and helped highlight the key spots around Hoi An. Will definitely be staying there again in the future!

Exceptional customer service
Superior Room is abit small but has everything, Roof top swimming pool has a nice view, Breakfast is nice but still can improve, customer service is beyond expectation it is the best i have ever experienced The only down size is the fragrant of the hotel is abit wired it will be perfect if using more relaxing smell This hotel got only 1 elevator I wanted to emphasize again the customer service is the best of the best!!!
