Amazing room, great stay

Great weekend in Hoi An. Clean spacious room, nice breakfast and staff lovely. A bit far to walk to town but we had a scooter so no problems

Perfect host and place

We spent 2 days there. It’s clean and the host is very helpful. There is also a pool which isn’t mentioned on the description. I recommend !!!

Vraiment l’hôtel est super bien placé à 2km du centre ville, les vélos de l’hôtel son à la disposition est gratuit,la chambre est juste incroyable,un superbe lit king size, un douche agréable ,le plus:la petite terrasse, vraiment je recommande cet hôtel à tout ceux qui sont de passage à Hoi An.Le personnelle est vraiment super sympa et très serviable.Un 10/10 rapport qualité prix

The location was great. It's near the city center and I think it's ok becouse the city was very noisy and crowded so you can go by cycle which this hotel give you free charge to city center max 10 min.

Suburban Villa, Hoi An

De var rigtig søde og meget hjælpsomme. Den første aften fik vi en masse informationer om Hoi An og de udflugter, som de tilbyder. Morgenmaden var rigtig lækkert, og man kunne også gratis låne cykler. Cyklerne har bare ikke nogen gear, og de er tilpasset til deres egen højde, så de var lidt lave. Poolen var rigtig dejlig, men der var ikke rigtig nogen steder at ligge og sole sig, da der kun var 4 liggestole, og de to var lidt beskidte. Men alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse.

Great place but a bit further out than you think

We stayed at the Suburban Villas for 4 nights in Hoi An. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They really wanted to help make your stay comfortable and couldn't do enough for you. The room was clean and had a bed, small wardrobe, a chair and a mini-fridge. The bed was comfy enough but not the most comfortable we've ever had. The only real issue with suburban villas is the location on Cam Nam. It is a good 25-30 minute walk into Old Town and when we were there none of the more local restaurants or cafes were open so travelling into the old town was the only option for food... Not too much of a problem but we were there in rainy season so even borrowing the free bicycles wasn't an ootion. Overall Suburban Villas was nice and I would recommend it, just be aware the location isn't as central to Hoi An as it appears.

Aurait pu etre mieux avec un petit dejeuner norma

Rien a dire sur le logement qui est tres bien mais ptit dejeuner médiocre 1 tasse de cafe 1 ( PAS 2) oeuf ?un bout de pain c est vraiment pas terrible .on est reste 4 jours, la poubelle n a pas ete videe ni les serviette de bain changee. Pas de ménage quotidien comme indique sur le contrat. point positif pres de velo gratuit heureusement car a 2.5 km des restaus

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und etwas abseits der Altstadt. Mit dem kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrrad ist man aber in maximal 7 bis 10 Minuten am Markt, welcher sich am Rande des historischen Bereiches befindet. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit Fragen zu beantworten. Das Haus ist noch sehr neu und daher sehr gepflegt mit schön angelegtem Garten mit Pool. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und der Balkon lädt zum draußensitzen ein. Es gibt eigentlich nichts auszusetze, außer dass das Frügstück ausbaufähig ist. Betrachtet man aber den Preis der Übernachtung mit Frühstück, ist dieser annähernd unschlagbar.

Hotel was nice. Stayed only one night. The WiFi did not work and they were unable to fix it. They offered us another room but it smelled very musty.

La famille qui tient l hôtel est très agréable.mais la piscine est inutilisable l eau est verte.le pdj est bon. Chambres très propres mes communicantes donc très bruyante si la chambre à côté de vous est occupée.

Photos are not too accurate

Decent place to stay given the very low price. Not close or walking distance to anything you want to see in Hoi An though. Also, more along the lines of 'someone's house turned lodge', as opposed to a 'villa'. Pool was green and not ready to use, but the people working were friendly and helpful. Next time would spend a few more dollars and stay closer to Hoi An.

Perfect rest

Large room, comfy bed, liked the location away from the crowds but the bikes made it easy to get around. Having a balcony was lovely to sit out in the evening.

굉장히 저렴하지만 저렴한 이유가 있다.

방은 깨끗하고 넓지만 침구류에서 약간 퀘퀘한 냄새가 납니다. 택시 없이 돌아다니기 힘든 위치입니다. 저렴하게 하루 묵기는 괜찮습니다.

Excellent family hotel

This hotel is perfect!!! The whole family who takes care of the hotel is very very friendly!!!!! They try to do everything to help you. The construction is very new as they started the business just a few weeks ago. It is very clean and organized. The swimming pool is nice and they have bikes for free. We stayed here 4 days but I would like to stay longer :) Thanks a lot Ms Lien
