Special compliments to the Manager Henry for his awesome service and helpfulness. We took dinner at the top floor and the food was very good at reasonable price. "Spent 3 nights in the executive suite. Great value for money for my family of six. It rained nonstop for 2 days (expected in mid-Dec) but the indoor waterpark (heated water) and the Onsen was enough to keep the kids active and happy. We went into town all three nights for dinner. It’s not far but the 40km/hr speed limit and traffic made the rides at least 30 minutes or more each way. In town, the food quality, selection, and cost was unbelievably good. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was nice, but room service food and price was ridiculous compared to what you can find outside of the hotel. Overall, we had a great time and would come back again! Some info that may be useful: Room had flip flops you can wear out. Couple of umbrellas in the room. Take towels to the waterpark - they charge you to rent towels, except for the Onsen area that provides towels on the 4th floor. Lockers are on the 1st floor Waterpark and 4th floor Onsen, but each lockers are relatively small. "

"This was one of the best hotels my wife and I have stayed in as for we have traveled to many places. There were two people that stood out the most to make us feel as we were family, not as tourists. Always making us feel at home and taken care of us throughout the day. From the time we had arrived “Tram was with us every step of our stay to make sure the accommodation were up so our satisfaction and above. Then when we had breakfast and Tea me met a young lady names Tuyet alway went above to make sure to take care of us in our dinning experiences. "Melia resort is good clean excellent ambience and exceptional servuce staff. Only negative this is far from danang city centre hence need to arrange your own transport and there is no shuttle bus to city from hotel."

"Delightful hotel with a great sense of interior design. We stayed in the 16th floor and really loved both the style of the room, its size and furniture. Breakfast was also as we had a selection of options. We were very grateful for the hotel staff service who were very polite, efficient and caring of our needs."
