"We were a group of three families and another couple who had just attended a wedding and wanted somewhere to be together for a few days afterwards. The property is surprising in a couple of ways - we hadn't focused on the 420 friendly aspect, but we put away the paraphernalia when we arrived so that didn't bother us. Amazingly, from the outside the house looks tiny - but three of the bedrooms and the games room are in the basement and the entertainment area in the back is very private and nice....

The towels were small , thin, and scratchy. The bed was in a piece of furniture from 1992, and was some kind of air mattress No night stand or available plugs on one side. "First, the condo was very clean and presented well. Our family of grown kids, spouses, and grandchildren stayed there together and the four bedrooms perfectly met our needs. We each had enough private space, and the added basement bedroom with extra living space/bathroom allowed us all to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped, and the showers all had complimentary toiletries. It made for a nice family weekend as we celebrated a family wedding."

"The home is very nice and well kept but the back yare is nothing but dirt and offers no outdoor usage. some outdoor furniture and a grill would be a very nice addition at a minimal cost. The furniture/seating area in living room offers very minimal seating and is worn out and stained, a maximum of 4 can view TV at one time and not very comfortably. The leasing service should respond back when called rather that ignoring tenants concerns."
