The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with a drip coffee pot. One guest bedroom has a full bed, and the other guest bedroom has a twin bed with a pull-out trundle. The guest bath is a standard tub/shower combo with its own linen closet. There is a deep water boat slip available and the dock is perfect for swimming in the lagoon.

PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Big Fish is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
This is a no-smoking property
Exterior cameras may be in use.
No pets allowed
The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly and dishwasher started.
Boat trailers are not allowed to be parked on the premises.
** Must wear pool bands while visiting the pool area.  There are 6 blue bands next to the info binder.  Each band lost will result in a $35 cost to the renter and deducted from the damage deposit.
