Luxurious spacious waterfront home on beautiful lake Martin Alabama
Tucked away in a quiet cove just minutes from big water. Our 5 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home will give your large family ample space to relax. Our home has three levels, the top floor has large master suite with private balcony, king bed, extra large bathroom with large walk in slate tile shower with dual shower heads and sitting bench, jacuzzi tub, walk in closet. The second bedroom beside master suite has the twin trundle/ bunk beds.
The second level of home boast an open living room with 12 foot ceilings , floor to ceiling windows with lake views and great natural light, dining area has Large table with seating for 8, island with seating for 4. Island has a wet bar sink.
All stainless steel appliances. Laundry room with washer/dryer and half bath on this floor. On this level you have access to large outside deck.
The bottom level of home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom,
2 bedrooms with king beds
1 bedroom with two full size beds
New carpet in All of the bedrooms
Access from this level to outside decks and few steps to the lake.
We have 2 adult kayaks , 1 child sit on top kayak and
1 paddle board for your use.
Our home is a short 10 minute boat ride to Chimney Rock and 15 minute boat ride to goat island.
Enjoy lunch or dinner out at many nearby restaurants, several of which are accessible by water.
College Football fans- our home is a short 30 minute drive to Jordan- Hare Stadium home of the Auburn Tigers

Highly recommend for family vacations.
The property is lovely. It sits nestled in a wooded area. The main window has a pretty view of the lake. The main level is comfortable and great for gathering. Things to be aware of are: 1) three bedrooms on the driveway entry level share a bathroom. One of these bedrooms has the entry door. Odd, but maximizes beds to sleep in. To get to the main level from these bedrooms is a flight of stairs. Typically, not a big deal, but we had 3 family members over 72. Just something to be aware of. We enjoyed our stay, the house is well appointed, but bring your own shampoo.

Perfect Retreat
I don't often leave reviews but this past week at Lake Martin was fantastic. The owners are fantastic, communicative, and super responsive. Nestled away in a private cove of the lake, the house provided a great respite for the week. Been to several vacation homes and this experience was one of the best. It's well appointed and spacious for those staying at the home. Love Lake Martin, have been going over 7 years straight in the summer...and loved our experience at this home.

Beautiful home with easy access to the lake!
The home was excellent with plenty of room for our family vacation. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. We had easy access to the lake and was able to keep our boats at the pier. The kids enjoyed a week of tubing, boat riding, and water skiing. We hope to return again soon. The owners were easy to work with and responded quickly to all questions and requests. Friends Lake Trip
The owners have a beautiful property. We were there in March and it was very quiet on the lake and surrounding area. We enjoyed the deck area and views from the main floor. The house is very clean, well maintained, and the owners made the check in and check out process very easy. We were able to rent a pontoon boat for a day only 15 minutes away and dock at the house for lunch. Great view, location, and highly recommend. Thank you for a great stay.

Beautiful & Comfortable Lake Home
This property was everything and more that was advertised. When my family and I arrived we found a generous gift basket and sweet note from the owners welcoming us to their lake home. The view of the lake from the house is fabulous. The quiet cove was perfect for my family with small children. There were many games and water toys available for our use. The beds were large,, comfortable, and made with nice pillows & linens. The dock at the end of the pier was very suitable for parking the pontoon boat that we rented for one day. In summary, this beautiful Lake home provided my family consisting of three generations with the comfortable fun family time that we had hoped.
