"Stayed in the Juliet room. The place is okay. Penny grocery store just down the street was nice. But the kitchen is kinda gross and smelly. The bathroom is fairly clean. The bed is worn out from having a single person sleep on it so you both roll into the middle which sucks. Friendly host. It's passable but I wouldn't recommend to my friends. "

In the immediate vicinity it was very quiet and peaceful and very handy for walks, cycle rides and hiking direct from the house. "We really enjoyed staying in this little flat. It’s a bit out of the cities, but also convenient to both Düsseldorf and Cologne, plus smaller towns. The village of Wermelskirchen is charming and nearby. Easy stop for restaurants, groceries, etc. Everything was very comfortable, the kitchen well supplied, etc. We highly recommend this vacation home. Be aware it’s on the second floor, if you don’t want stairs. Cute and spacious once you get up there, though! "

Siegburg is a lovely little town, with nice shops and a good choice of restaurants. There is also woodland and off road paths for dog walking close by. The property manager was very responsive to dealing with a couple of minor problems we had at the beginning of the stay. Overall recommend this property and location. "
