"Great place to stay in Matsue. Super close to the train station, an easy 15-20 min walk to the Castle District. Lots of good restaurants and konbini available nearby. Rooms are small but very comfortable. Hotel is very clean and well-run. A great place to stay."

It was surprisingly comfortable for us even though we are very tall and double the size of locals. Our kids were loud at times even though we tried to tame them as much as possible. "The room lacks a closet, and the clothes hangers are positioned awkwardly, making it easy for them to snag on clothing. The air conditioner remote control lacks English labels, which can make it challenging for non-Japanese speakers to operate. The towels provided are quite small; offering larger towels or providing more would be a welcome improvement. A laundry facility is available on the second floor, which is convenient. "部屋に冷蔵庫、バス、洗面の無いトイレのみのタイプでしたが、清潔に管理されていて安心して宿泊出来ました。洗面、無料の冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、給茶器は共同でコイン式の洗濯機、乾燥器がフロア毎にありました。男性専用の大浴場（あまり大きくなく、洗い場は3人分）とサウナは良かったがサウナ後の休憩場所が脱衣所だったのが残念、トイレに洗浄便座が付いて無かったのも残念でした。"
