"We hadden een een fijn vakantiehuis in een adembenemende omgeving. Het was vooraf niet geheel duidelijk dat de slaapvertrekken niet in hetzelfde gebouw lagen. In de dichte omgeving is er niet heel veel te doen. Op 30 à 60 min rijden zijn er wel veel activiteiten en bezienswaardigheden."

"Wir haben über die Fewo-direkt App gebucht. Gastgeber war jedoch NOVASOL und da liegt schon das Problem. Am Hauptanreisetag Samstag ist die Agentur nur bis 17 Uhr erreichbar. Als wir gegen 18 Uhr eincheckten und neben dem schimmligen Bad auch den Ungezieferbefall im Wintergarten melden wollten und auch ein abgeschlossenes Elektrongerät im Pool vorfanden, war leider kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort erreichbar. Lediglich die Fewo-direkt Hotline war besetzt, die Mitarbeiter aber nicht befugt, etwas für...

"Nettes Haus, gut eingerichtet, optimal für 3 Personen, aber auch zu viert möglich, gut ausgestattet, sauber und ordentlich, und die Location ist super. Nur dass man die gebuchte Bettwäsche, die gemäß der Buchungsbestätigung eigentlich in der Unterkunft bereit liegen sollte, abends erst in Gilleleje abholen muss, also etwas über eine Stunde Fahrt extra - und nein, es liegt nicht auf dem Weg - war ein ärgerlicher Einstieg!"

The house was tidy and clean, and well equipped with everything you need, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, water kettle, refrigerator etc. If you need to recharge your battery this is surely a good place to be! "Das Haus liegt sehr schön am Roskilde Fjord, traumhaftes Grundstück und bietet viel Platz. Von hier aus sind tolle Ausflüge nach Kopenhagen, Roskilde etc. möglich. Das Haus war leider bei Ankunft nicht sehr sauber. Es war noch Geschirr in der Spülmaschine und insbesondere die Dusche ließ deutlich an Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Außerdem war die Versorgung mit Strom problematisch. Spülmaschine und Heizung konnten nicht gleichzeitig laufen, sonst flog die Sicherung raus."

"Fair warning, this place looks nothing like the picture. I ordered linens and towels for $120 and discovered a week before we were due to arrive that we could pick them up and drop them off at a remote location 4 hour round trip from the house. There were no dish towels, no toilet paper and no paper towels. Navasol has very little presence in Denmark so help is hard to comme by!"

"Bei Ankunft war die Unterkunft sehr verdreckt und auch der Aussenbereich ist nicht gepflegt gewesen. Die ganze Terrasse ist voll mit meterhohen Unkraut und der Rasen war auch nicht gemäht. Das Bad ist in einem schlechtem Zustand, siehe Ventilator, Duschvorhang und überall sehr viel Staub wie auf den Lampen etc. Die Fußmatten sind auch nicht mehr hygienisch und mussten eigene kaufen. So etwas sollte neu gewaschen da liegen. Wenn man eine Unterkunft mietet, muss sie bei Ankunft gereinigt sein...

"Mooi gelegen, klein maar fijn vakantiehuis. Mooi gelegen met een fraai uitzicht over het Roskilde Fjord. Drie terrassen rondom met veel terrasmeubilair. De keukeninrichting is zeer goed voorzien. Het huis ademt gastvrijheid. Aan veel kleine dingen is gedacht. Het huis is niet groot. Met 2 personen is hert goed te doen. Met 3 of 4 personen is het wat aan de krappe kant."
