We were in room 330 paid over 500£ to look at bins!. The noise early morning or late at night was annoying. People/staff chatting around this area. Curtain in bedroom ripped. Plugs near the bed were round not normal 3pin sockets. Fan in bathroom use to turn on randomly and it rattled all the time.
When we checked in receptionist was rude. Gentleman who was with her was lovely and all the waiters/bar staff were great. When I had to speak to reception again 2 ladies this time, I waited 10 minutes before they even acknowledged me. No apology just Rude!
Very dated decor. Not worth the money. Nothing was included in your stay or use of pool/facilities etc that was another £15 a day to use. £26 for 2 beers and glass of wine. Food was excellent and great value for money.
I wouldn’t recommend I am afraid or stay again.

"Lovely hotel just a walk away from the city centre. Staff were friendly and checkin was a breeze.There is an NCP across the road if parking is full which has an area for vans which was ideal. Will be back when in the area."

"We loved everything about the hotel room and staff except for one thing, there is supposed to to a coffee maker in all rooms and we just got a kettle that didn't have a plug socket near by so you had to either plug it in on the floor or on the small bedside table. Its a small issue but having a coffee ..."
