"Our stay was "interesting" in that the room we were assigned was up on the 6th floor, the attic, with 3 "port holes" as windows, which did overlook Sir William Scott's Monument, and a beautiful view of the city). There are no phones in the rooms- in order to contact the front desk you need to access them via their website and "chat" tab . However, I could not find the chat tab easily on their web site, and by the time I did find it, I could have taken the elevator down to the desk and back up...
