This was our second stay here. This is a great hotel in a great area. Labor Park is across the street, it's very nice. There's plenty of shopping in the area. They keep everything very clean. The staff is excellent and friendly. A shout out to the assistant manager, Alex. He was very helpful in resolving a billing issue from the travel site. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection of foods and the coffee was excellent. We'll be back the next time we travel to Dalian.

Great hotel in general that is in the heart of the shopping district and within walking distance to pretty much anything you would want. Can also easily access public transportation or taxis. Bed was not the most comfortable, which was pretty much my only complaint.

not as good as it could be

They say service quality is expectations vs experience. I was expecting what was advertised on this app. In reality there is no bar - its a cafe where with some lengthy effort you can get a beer. The sauna was 'being repaired' OK, but how about the opening the steam room ? this was being used for drying workers clothes. Breakfast was good but no cutlery, I had to ask several staff before they could find some. Typical of inattentive staff. Overall, I felt it wasn't as good as it should be . Location is great though.

僅かではありますが日本語が話せるスタッフがいらっしゃったのと日本語の案内書きを用意して頂けたのは大変助かりました。青泥窪橋（チンワチャオ）駅からも近く、デパートも近隣エリアにあるのたで便利なロケーションでした。朝食も日本人向けのメニューですね。ラーメンとお粥を頂きました。強いて言えば客室のドアの閉まりやシャワーの出方に少し難がありましたが他は全く問題無く過ごせました。

大連駅と勝利公園の間にあって、デパートが立ち並ぶショッピングエリアの隣。 中山広場や南山地区にも歩いて行けるロケーション。 フロントが８階にあって、その階から客室までのエレベーターに乗り換えなくてはいけないのが少し面倒かも。 設備は無駄なく整っていて清潔。 朝食も程よくバリエーションがあって美味。
