Welcome to our 5 bedroom house in Grand prairie with a waterfall pool and putting green. Centrally located, close to Six Flags, Hurricane harbor water park, Cowboys Stadium, Rangers stadium at Globe Life Park, Texas Live!, DFW airport is a short 20 min away.
Our spacious and tastefully decorated home can comfortably sleep up to 12 people with 4 drive way and 2 garage door parking . This spacious, tastefully decorated, 2 story fabulous home, features 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 dinning areas, a sparkling in-ground pool, putting green, 7 smart TVs, is perfect for friends and family gatherings.

2nd floor: Beautifully remodeled master bathroom with rain shower 1 upgraded full bath and shower combo.
Parking: Guests can park in the front driveway and garage. City code ordinance does not allow street parking.

Laundry: Guest have full access to the washer and dryer

Pool: Pool operates from May to October when weather permits. Pool hours: 10am to 8pm.

All communication needs to go through VRBO platform.

It is a family friendly peaceful neighborhood A car is needed to get around.

No Parties or Events: We do not allow parties or events to be held with unauthorized / unregistered guests. ***Additional fee for 8+ guests
Our nightly rate includes the first 8 guests, for an additional guest, a $25 fee will apply.
***Trash day is every Monday and Thursday, please place trash bags at the front curb on Monday and Thursday morning.
*** Pool operates from May to October when weather permits. Pool hours: 10am to 8pm
Pool service: our pool service technician service and clean our pools once a week, if additional cleanings are needed throughout your stay, there will be $75 charge.
