No Unscheduled Guests and Pets:
To ensure everyone's comfort, kindly limit the number of guests and pets to the number specified in the booking. Unscheduled guests are not allowed.
(Unscheduled guests will be charged a fee of $100 per night per guest and the group may be asked to leave with no refund)

Pet Fee:
1 Pet - $50 Per night
2 Pets - $40 Per pet per night
3 Pets - $30 Per pet per night
(Unscheduled pet fee will be $200 per pet per night)

A pet deposit of $100 will be added to your booking fee when you indicate that you would be bringing your pet along.
Depending on the number of pets and the length of your stay a refund would be processed on your deposit or an additional money request will be sent to you.

Surveillance and Noise Monitoring:
Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of the apartment. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here.
Noise detectors monitor the noise level within the unit. These equipment will not infringe upon your privacy.
To disable or obscure these devices is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.

No Smoking:
We have a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
($500 fee for every violation)

Late Check-Out Fee:
Check-out time is important so that we can prepare for the next guest. If you need more time, please let me know in advance, as a late check-out will attract an hourly fee.
(Late check out will result in a $50 hourly fee)

Lost Key Fob Fee:
If the key fob is lost, it will need to be replaced
(There will be a $100 fee to replace it)

Shoe-Free Environment:
To keep the place clean for all guests, kindly remove your shoes when inside.

Window Policy:
For safety and climate control, please avoid leaving windows open when you're not at the house.

Quiet Hours:
To respect the neighborhood's tranquility, please keep noise levels down after 11 pm.
