Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for non-locals and 25 years old for locals. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.

This property is right across the street from the UT Southwestern Medical Center and down the street from Parkland Memorial Hospital. The neighborhood exudes a calm, relaxing atmosphere and offers close proximity to Dallas' Love Field Airport. It's also about 10 minutes from Dallas proper, allowing you to visit all the sights with ease.

A number of chain and local restaurants are within walking distance of your apartment. It also only takes five minutes to jump on Interstate 35 East, which makes it easy to visit downtown Dallas and the surrounding areas.
