A bit misleading
The hosts were very nice and easy to get a hold of but the house was misrepresented. The floorboards were broken, there are a lot of cracks in the walls and ceilings, the ice machine didn’t work, the blinds were cracked and broken,etc. didn’t expect that at all considering the pictures were so nicely presented. **the broken floor board is a huge health and safety hazard in mildew growth and possible accident from falling. I nearly rolled my ankle the first time I stepped into the house because I hadn’t see the messed up floor until I stepped on it and tripped a little. This house is not properly furnished: no bed side tables, no dressers, very minimal towels, very minimal kitchen dishware, etc. Everything was outdated and felt unclean because of how old it is. The backyard is not lit for you so if you are in the dark, prepare to attempt to use your phone flash light to walk to the back door. The yard is also not very well kept. The grass was long, the stones to walk on were misplaced and broken, and again, no lighting so very unwelcoming. The “parking” in the back alley way was just a slab of concrete that just barely fits a car nicely. Area was a little unkept but not horrible. Location was pretty nice, lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Overall, I was pretty disappointed to find so many things not up to standard based off the pictures I saw when I booked. Very unfortunate considering the hosts were nice and way to speak to. I expected more from the stay.

Value house close to AT&T Stadium
For events at AT&T stadium this home is right there at a nice price. We appreciated the proximity. The home itself could use some TLC not evident from the photos and at the time of the listing there was a foosball table in the photos for entertainment but it had been removed. Also aside from some needed repairs, the kitchen served well but lacked many utensils. The beds however were super comfortable. We got exactly what we needed from the home. A affordable close place to sleep after a concert at AT&T. If that’s all you need it will be enough.

It is OK
When you pull up to the house it looks very unkempt (long grass, weeds, garbage in dirt) and they had the big ole garbage cans in front of house on street. Kitchen floor by sink is extremely spongey. Shower was very slippery. Amenities were thin. Lastly, it is more of a pet-peeve but if you charge me a cleaning fee please do not ask me to clean.

Needs some work
First the pros: The house is clean. Mattresses are comfortable. Listing is accurate and everything works. Neighborhood is safe, and not noisy. Close to the stadiums - short Lyft ride or 30-minute walk. We did not get check-in information for the house 12 hours ahead of time as expected, but the owners did allow us to drop our luggage earlier than check-in time, which we GREATLY appreciated. The cons: The house itself needs work. Loose and rotting out floorboards is the primary issue. In addition, there is NOTHING extra in the house. The only furniture in the bedrooms is the bed, there is one small towel rack for a hand towel in the bathroom. There are no hooks, nowhere to hang towels. There were a total of 4 (very flat) pillows in the house, so after one night we went to Walmart and bought 4 more pillows and cases and a bath mat, as there was nothing to step out of the shower onto. We left those items there, so hopefully they will be there for the next renters. The location is good if you have a car. We were attempting to do that trip without one and found that impossible - our fault, not the house’s, but wanted to mention that in case you’re thinking of trying. All in all, the house was clean and serviceable, but a couple hundred dollars invested in towel bars, nightstands, lamps, a rug or two, and nailing down some floorboards would make a big difference.

Location and Quality
The location was great. The Walmart was close by, several gas stations and several eating places. It was also convenient to go visit attractions in the area. It was great to have a washer/dryer on site along with a fully equipped kitchen. Only negative comment we had was the floors could of been a little cleaner. Perhaps a rug inside the back door would solve that problem.

Simple and clean
We put five adults and one infant in this house for the weekend for a Cowboys game… probably a bit too small for 5 because there’s only one bathroom but we made it work. We walked back and forth to the stadium and Texas Live which was super convenient. The house is clean and the neighborhood was quiet… Jonathan answered my questions minutes after I asked them. I recommend taking your own pillows and an extra mirror. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice safe location
I was in town for three days with a friend for a concert at AT&T stadium. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is in a good location with easy access to plenty of stores and restaurants. I did wish there was a full length mirror. There is only one mirror in the house, which is in the bathroom. With more than one female getting dressed, it can be a bit stressful. Other than that, all was good and I would stay again.

Perfect for AT&T Events
We went to the 2 day Metallica show at AT&T stadium. This place was perfect. It was walking distance from the stadium and the baseball stadium. Also walking distance from several awesome restaurants. Highly recommend Taco Cartel and Grease Monkey. We ate at both locations multiple times. If you you're going to an event at ATT and need a place to stay this place is perfect.

Nice getaway
Property was clean, only hiccups were not enough towels for four adults staying 2 nights and the shower/tub needs something there to help people from sliding when in the shower/tub. Also, hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes and mirrors throughout the house would have been a nice touch.

Rangers Game Stay
We stayed in Arlington while attending the Texas Rangers game. This home is conveniently located just minutes away from the stadium. The house is cute, conveniently located, very clean, and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again when we come to our next baseball game!

Scam artist
We are a group of 4 adults and one 5 yr old. When we arrived on the property, everything was great, except the toilet would not flush. I messaged the host about it, but he didn't respond until 12 hours later, when we were checking out. He said he would get the toilet fixed before the next guests arrive. Then, he proceeded to charge me 200 dollars for a broken window. He sent me a picture of the window as proof, and said the window was missing. I could clearly see the reflection of the glass in the picture. I tried to tell him that I didn't do anything, and also his picture showed the window in it. Soo confused. Anyways I have opened a case with Vrbo and they are disputing this charge. Beware he may spring a charge on you if he feels like it. I didn't cause any issues about the toilet not working, but now I feel like I should get my money back, coz no working toilet, right?

Our stay in Arlington was…
This home is a small 2 bed/1 bath home located a few streets over from the ATT stadium. It is centrally located in Arlington, giving you relatively quick access to anywhere in the DFW area. Upon arriving, I noticed the home was very dirty- vents, baseboards, and the floors caked on with dust and dirt. We had to purchase a wet swiffer to clean the floors ourselves after the cleaner never showed up. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, one being rock hard and the other with a mattress protector that felt and sounded like you were sleeping on parchment paper. Aside from these indifferences, the home had everything we needed. Kitchen supplies, utensils, and even some spices to cook. The washer and dryer was useful as well since we stayed almost 2 weeks. The neighborhood was decent and as you would expect given the location of the home. Overall, the home was okay and was reflective of the price. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Concert weekend with no concert
We traveled from Houston and WV to attend a concert that got cancelled. I reached out to host and he was able to provide many suggestions for our family to pass the time in Dallas. A big shout out to host for being available to us during our visit. House is comfortable and we offered suggestions to host to make it more welcoming to future guests, some of which had been previously recommended in past comments. Hopefully the fact that multiple guest have made similar recommendations will be enough to make changes as we will be returning in March of 2024 for rescheduled concert.

Basic as possible
Typically in bedrooms there is a dresser or chest of drawers or something to set your items on. Not here. Each bedroom had 1 12" bed table, nothing else. Our clothes, suitcase and backpacks were all laid out on the ground. The kitchen had a spot in the floor that felt like you were going to fall through so we did not use it.

Great location for AT&T Stadium!
Small older house in residential neighborhood. House is comfortable and it's an excellent location. My friend and I took our 17 year old sons to a Dallas cowboys game and this house was great for our purpose. Walked to the stadium. Plenty big enough for the four of us. Ceiling is very low. I'm only 5 feet and I could touch ceiling. Just cooked light breakfast. Don't plan to cook much as kitchen is small and not much cooking utensils. No wine glasses or opener. Only one small bathroom and no mirror in the rest of the house. Neighborhood was quiet. Heat in house worked great. Plenty of hot water for four showers. TV and internet worked great! Host was very responsive and reached out to make sure we were comfortable. Liked the code system on the back door so we didn't have to deal with a key. Recommend this property for a location close to the stadium.

Cute house!
We were in town visiting friends and family for a few days and opted not to stay in a hotel. I love that we were able to cook meals, do laundry, and have space to spread out. The house is close to many restaurants, stores, and activities. Checkin and checkout were seamless. The owner even checked in to make sure all was ok during our stay. Great experience.
