This is a clean hotel with professional staff. The property or Expedia needs to list an actual address—a different “Market Center” came up in my driving directions and it was not good. Can’t say too much about location as it seems in Dallas (and other cities in Texas), you’re near everything and nothing at the same time. Can’t give it a 5, but a solid 4 and affirmation of the 3-stars rating. It would be an option if I visit again.

Front desk staff was awesome. Extremely polite and helpful. We left our toothbrushes at our other rental so we went to the lobby to see if we could but a couple from the lobby shop. The lady at the front desk was nice enough to give us toothbrushes and toothpaste free of charge. Its was, overall, a great experience.

The property was nice and clean. The staff were super helpful from the shuttles drivers, front desk attendants, breakfast staff to the cleaning team. I only stayed one night but would definitely stay again. My only issue was I was not able to shadow cast streaming services like YouTube or Netflix to the TV due to connection issues. Other than that, 10/10 would recommend.

I called prior to BooKING and was told they offered 24 hour shuttle service. Our flight was delayed so we got back at 1am. When I called hotel I was told the shuttle didn’t run after 11pm and said it says that on our website. I told him it also says or UPON REQUEST. And I called your front desk as soon as I knew about the delay and was told no worries. He then says well I just don’t have a driver right now. I had to spend $$ on an Uber to get to hotel!
