The sink and tub drained slow. Outside property wasn’t as clean. It appeared the outside needed to be pressure washed.

In town to watch the Eagles play the Cowboys. Location was a short 15 min drive to the stadium, and parking on site was plentiful. Walking distance to some good restaurants. Came in Saturday evening (930pm) much after the check in time. Not sure if the front desk employee was having a bad day (Indian male) but he proceeded to let me know I was late and asked me why. I told him I called earlier and informed I was checking in late and he told me no. He proceeded to let me know that there was a $50 hold for incidentals on a credit card, and when i presented mine, he asked "is this going to decline?" I sarcastically responded by asking him who crapped (used the expletive) in his breakfast this morning and if you think it will decline, then swipe your AMEX blue card for me. After signing the tablet, he gave me the room keys and said 2nd floor. Thankfully the room number was on the card sleeve. The next night I came down and asked if any places in the area delivered food (Think i caught him on break with ear buds on) as he rudely said that he didnt know where my food was, and I said no...do you have any menus. He told me he didnt work for them and told me to download Uber eats or door dash if i was hungry and walked away. Verbatim I said "dude...you really need to take some customer service training" or if you dont like your job, maybe you should find other options. Other than this, an otherwise comfortable and clean stay, and would stay again. Mgmt needs to check this guy please.
