It was a nice hotel. They are doing some major renovations but once they are complete this will be a great place to stay. It was quiet and the staff was very friendly. Room was clean and ac worked perfectly! Again there is renovations being done but I would stay there again.

We were not told when booking the hotel is under going a renovation. The pool and workout room were closed. The water pipes had air in them. The ac unit was very loud. The key cards for the door wouldn’t work. Each time we had to go back to the front desk to obtain new ones. The carpet in the hallways and elevator were dirty.

Their under renovations and never stated it on the website. The pool was down our purpose of going, my kids got stuck in the elevator, the phones didn't work, there was no hot breakfast as stated on line. The room floor was not swept the side entry door was unlocked didn't feel safe. The doors didn't latch closed all the way you had to push them pretty hard to close I could go on and on. I understand the renovation process, but at least inform guest about the renovations give us the choice if we want to stay there or not. Manuel was ok I know he can only do so much, all he could say is I'll report it, or I'll tell management, and that wasn't good enough for me.
