Beautiful! Dirty carpet. No hot water. Had to boil water for the bath. Homeless man sleeping in front on the hotel when i picked up my car from valet. Psid $45 to almost step on a homeless man.

This is the oldest hotel in Dallas built in 1922 there is an incredible history and is an excellent lower priced hotel with big rooms with all of the higher priced hotels across the street where you can still enjoy the restaurants etc. Very walkable and there is a coffee shop on the corner of the hotel property. I ordered door dash and it was easy. Highly recommend, beautiful affordable and you’ll have everything you need… 😊

Hotel was a bit outdated, toilet kept clogging. Black pellets, “cockroach bits”, kept showing up on bed when we returned back to the room after a days out. Location of hotel was good and easy to walk to places. Staff were friendly.

Very well located to everything Dallas. You go to either side of the hotel and you find things to explore. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We felt safe at the hotel and we slept comfortably.

When we arrived at our room it was 2 am and we realized the tv was not working we made several attempts to contact the front desk and never received an answer and we unable to receive any assistance with the issue. It’s took almost 30 mins for us to get our car from Valet even when given the ten min notice the windows for outside viewing in our room were filthy and some of the blinds were not operating so we could not block out the morning sun. The room was nice but the heating and air did not function properly also the hotel was nice in general but there were a lot of inconveniences
