Great hotel. I booked a stay on New Years yeah 2025 and guess what room number they gave me. Guess!!! Room 2025 lol I thought that was so cool. I did valet parking which was $45 very convenient. Hotel was clean nice and quiet staff were amazing. In a great area 10 out of 10.

The hotel is nice. My room had a few issues: The outlet by the desk was out of the wall, and the blinds did not work. However, the staff was very professional and helpful. I would stay there again.

Great atmosphere and high ceiling rooms. Outside of windows need to be cleaned lol . TVs are small but bathrooms are huge. Staff was great and would stay again. Love this area of downtown Dallas. Very few snack items in market and soda machine was sold out.

When asking staff basic questions, they acted annoyed and couldn't be bothered. Specifically i asked if there was a restaurant on the premises, to which she replied "no" turns out that there was one. The room was fine aside from the sheets being really rough and scratchy. Probably not going to stay here again.

The property is beautifully built. The room was spacious, modern, and cozy. If you need to heat your room though, you have to ask the lobby to send someone to turn on your water heater which they took care of in less than five minutes. Would definitely stay here again.
