Custom Renovated Home inspired by modern farmhouse style and a hint of Texas accent!

Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood yet just a street away from tons of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment in Frisco, TX.

Perfect for family trips, work trips, extra family for holidays, vacation stays, or special events.

The space
This home is newly renovated with a new hardwood floor, new bathroom features, fresh paint, and much more…
We poured a lot of thought and love into designing and renovating the place, paying attention to every little detail so that we can make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Bedroom - Each bed has a new waterproof mattress protector, bedding sets, fluffy pillows, and 100 % cotton sheets.

Bathroom - New toilet seats; 100 % cotton hand towels, wash towels and shower towels.
All the shower heads are updated to Waterpik handheld massage shower heads with an adjustable water pressure.
We chose TRESemme 4+4 Deep Cleaning Shampoo and Puracy Natural Body wash, which is a local brand made in Austin, TX.

Living area:
TV in the living room – Sharp 4k Ruku TV with a complimentary Hulu account. Or you may log into your own account for other streaming accounts.
TV in the dining area – equipped with Amazon firestick so free feel to watch from here too!
Board games: We tried to include all the board games we enjoy playing. The list is still growing and we will keep adding more!

Kitchen – Has a full set of knives, dishes, mugs and condiments. Coffee beans with coffee grinder too!

Nothing Special!
The pictures on internet makes the place breath taking. The house was pretty old with just okay decorations. There were no coffee etc. Cabinets were totally empty. NOTHING to make my stay feel warming. Especially for the price I gave out for two day stay. The lighting in the house was pitiful! The couches was covered with throw mats and absolutely filthy with stains. also, wasn't as comfortable for a farm house. I would not advertise this as a farm house so deceptive. I recently stayed in VROB one bedroom with my husband in Jefferson Texas for two nights and felt more sweetness and welcome spirit there. They had a special coffee bar with snacks. I will not be excited to rent this house again, or will I tell anyone looking for a stay in Frisco about the house. The hostess has to improve tremendously. The cleaning fees were very high. If she can't take care of the little things that, makes a difference,. the cleaning crew should. The soaps that were used in the house appeared to be a dollar store quality. I am not one to complain her text communication was good. But what was provided inside the home get's a zero from me and my guest. they were so disappointed with the house. I am only be honest in our opinion . I hope you will take the evaluation serious and change the problem's for the next guest.

It is beautiful and in a very comfortable neighborhood. We felt very safe and it was close to many of the sites / restaurants / shopping we visited and to our family. Home Away from Home!
Property is beautifully decorated and welcoming. Clean and Comfortable. The layout is especially nice as the master bedroom is located on the opposite side of the second and third bedrooms. Lots of privacy. Outdoor patio was nicely landscaped and perfect for a morning coffee or evening cocktail. We would definitely stay here again!
