This is a corner lot home and is about 1,356 square feet. Home comes with FULLY STOCKED and includes a coffee bar (Keurig K-cups + drip) as well as extra wood outside for the outdoor fire pit.

**NO HOUSE CHORES BEFORE YOU LEAVE** We believe you are on vacation or are away from home and should not have to worry about chores. All we ask is that you enjoy your time with us.

Guests have full access to the entire house and use of the washer/dryer. Parking in the long driveway fits about 4 cars.

Dogs are welcome, up to 2 MAX. A pet fee of $60.00 per pet per stay is required and requested prior to arrival. Please inform us of dog breed(s). No vicious breeds. Cats are okay.

I have lived in Frisco all my life so please don’t hesitate to ask questions. I love to help!

*Hot tub company comes every other week to ensure the hot tub is maintained, tested and cleaned.

*Yard crew comes every other week to ensure the yard is cut and maintained.

*Pest control company comes once a month to spray the perimeter of the home to keep pests out.
