Everything was clean and tidy and the staff were helpful and friendly. I wish there were laundry bags for dirty items and some of the tv channels were audio only, but other than those small things it was a great stay.

The only thing that is good about it, its close the highway close to a lot of stores and dining areas. I told one staff that was on duty that the room I had was the floor was pretty dirty he had and attitude about me telling him this. My pet peeve is filth. I hope that they do better with the cleaning.

Room was dirty to the extent that I needed to buy disinfectant wipes and clean it People partying right outside of the room until late Shady people hanging around which probably lives there Pictures on the website makes it out to be way better than actually is I only stayed one night, out of necessity, and then checked out and stayed at another hotel A refund for the 2 nights would be greatly appreciated Thank you

The staff was polite during interaction. There were many people just lingering around the rooms smoking outside as a single female traveling kind of made me feel unsafe. The housekeeping was weird as they came to empty my trashes and only made one bed. It Appeared that they didn’t provide new towels just refolded the used ones that were on the floor. One of the bedsheets had cigarette burns in it. The door required to be slammed in order for it to lock. If you just pulled the door close you would be able to push it open. I would probably not stay here again.

It was ok, great location. Room had a smell to the point i had to put my car Air freshener in my room. Bugs in room was a problem not bed bugs but just bug's. 1st time ever as well make sure you have cash or you talk to your bank to make sure you its get it fix before you stay here. Place was just ok
