It’s obvious the owners are trying to stay up-to-date (new paint and carpet), it’s just an older hotel and needs basic replacements like doors and bathroom countertops. Bed was comfy and linens smelled fresh.

Whoever owns and manages this property DOES NOT CARE. This place is disgustingly neglected. Like, y’all can’t hire a legit maintenance person that actually knows what they’re doing?!? It looked like my 6 year old has been doing the maintenance. Absolutely terrible.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I don’t even know how they’re operating a hotel and are still in business. I called multiple times and never once answered, I had to go through expedia to get a hold of someone at the hotel to be picked up from the airport which that was another issue in itself and even though it wasn’t my fault the hotel refused to give me a refund and expedia couldn’t get a hold of anyone to request a refund when I didn’t even stay at the hotel! Worst experience ever!

It was a very nice stay. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. We only stayed there one night because we had to catch a plane out of DFW airport early in the morning. No issues at all. And, The Parking Spot (Premium) was literally next-door so it was very convenient to park at The Parking Spot and take a shuttle to the airport.
